How long does shipping take?
Our aim is to get your order processed and dispatched within one working day. Shipping is 2 to 5 working days for domestic shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery to a UK address is £3
Standard delivery on orders over £50 is free
What are my return options?
If for any reson you aren;t entirely satisfied with your order, please use the contact page to get in touch as soon as possible.
How do I look after my towel?
Cool machine wash (under 30 degrees ideally) for the first few washes at least, it is okay for a warmer wash beyond this.
Try not to use fabric softener, as over time it can reduce the absorbency of the towel. Using fabric softener will not destroy your towel the first time it is used, but over time, it can degrade the performance of your product, and we want it to last as long as possible for you!
Do not bleach, or put near fire or hot implements.
Tumble drying is okay where necessary, but air-drying is kinder to our products.
Can I get a personalised design?
We are unable to offer one-off personalised designs at the minute.
